Audacia Manor, built in 1928, is a beautifully restored Colonial Mansion situated on the slopes of Durban’s Berea overlooking the city and the Indian Ocean; mere minutes away from the city centre and the famed ‘Golden Mile’.

Spacious individually decorated rooms offer luxury and style with king sized beds and fully appointed bathrooms with separate showers.  All rooms have air-conditioning, heating, mini bars, television, satellite services, DVD players, and 18hr room service.

The Luxury Manor House rooms have balconies providing 180 degree views of the city and the ocean while the Superior Deluxe rooms in the Coach House offer private courtyards with outside Jacuzzis and in-door outdoor showers.

Directions

1. From Berea Road, turn into Musgrave Road
2. Go over Argyle into Innes
3. Turn left into Venice, left up Rapson and left again down Sir Arthur
4. Audacia Manor is the last property on the right hand side.

From Durban International Airport (approx. 20 minutes)
Take the N2 towards Stanger.  At N2 / N3 interchange, take N3 towards Durban.
From the N3 take the Tollgate Bridge offramp onto Berea Road and carry on straight over bridge.  At next light turn left into Essenwood Road.
Continue to traffic light at Springfield Road / Argyle Rd and turn right into Springfield then first left into Musgrave Road.
Go straight over next set of traffic lights (Florida Rd) and take the 2nd turning left into Mentone Road.
Keep to the right hand side of Mentone road when it forks and take the first turning right into Sir Arthur Road.
Audacia Manor is the last property on the right hand side at the bottom of the cul-de-sac.

From M4 – Umhlanga direction
From Umhlanga direction take M4 towards Durban.  Take the Blue Lagoon exit and at bottom turn right under the M4.  Continue straight and at the T-Junction turn left.
At the next set of traffic lights turn right into Goble Road. Keep on Goble Road over three sets of traffic lights. Goble Road crosses over Venice Road and becomes Mentone Road. Take the first turning left into Sir Arthur Road Audacia Manor is the last property on the right hand side at the bottom of the cul-de-sac.

From the ICC / town
Take the M4 heading North out of Durban centre.  At the big intersection with Argyle Road turn left.  Cross over bridge, Umgeni Road, and Stamford Hill Road and turn right into Windermere Road.
Pass Windermere Centre on left and just after 3rd traffic light turn left into Venice Road (on corner on left is a bicycle shop).
Cross over next traffic light at Innes Road - you will see St. James Church in front of you.  As you pass church on your left turn immediately left just after church (Rapson Rd) and then left again into Sir Arthur Road (basically going around the church). Audacia Manor is the last property on the right hand side at the bottom of the cul-de-sac.
