If you’re looking for something more relaxed and casual, enjoy a selection of specialty coffees, cakes, pastries, gourmet Paninis and light meals at the Deli. Feel at home in this comfortable dining area, open from 6.30 am until 11 pm.

Bar Lounge
As the evening unfolds, experience our elegant, double-volume bar lounge. Complimentary bar snacks are on offer, and our bar is fully stocked with an extensive collection of imported champagnes and single malt whiskeys. Those GUESTS desiring a more intimate experience can escape into our private bar lounges – decorated in honour of South African legends Kingsley Holgate and David Kramer. 5. Turn left into Sable Road and take the 90⁰ bend

One of South Africa’s premier shopping centres, Canal Walk merges the world’s most desirable brands with shopping convenience in a majestic setting. The centre boasts more than 400 stores, from large chains to specialist boutiques, a host of restaurants and a state-of-the-art cinema multiplex. The centre is open daily from 9am to 9pm.

• Tourist Attractions
• No trip to Cape Town is complete without visiting the top of Table Mountain. The Cableway takes you to the summit in under 10 minutes, and the rotating floor ensures 360 views of the city. The top of the mountain offers the most stunning vistas in the Cape.
  The V&A waterfront is one of South Africa’s most-visited destinations. Set in a working harbour, against the backdrop of Table Mountain and magnificent sea views, the complex offers a shopping mecca, numerous entertainment venues, as well as the Robben Island Gateway and Cape Town Aquarium.Booking is imperative for the Robben Island museum, especially in season. A specially constructed ferry will carry to the island, where an ex-inmate will be your guide through the complex, which includes Nelson Mandela’s cell.

We are committed to adopting the below listed guidelines as we work towards the greening of our hotel:

1. The Offices of our Hotel will be adorned with live plants. The plants are carefully chosen for their ability to live indoor, survive on minimum lighting, and the fundamentally lessened need for their abundant watering and constant care.
2. We are committed to the use of “green” cleaning products only.
3. We are committed to using recycled paper only for all correspondence that absolutely needs to be printed.
4. We are committed to buying our guest supplies in bulk therefore reducing fuel usage.
5. The STAFF are committed to switching off office lights,  air conditioners and all possible computers at the end of each day.
6. We are committed to providing recycling bins in the kitchens, back offices and in public areas to facilitate the recycling process.
7. We are committed to the on-site sorting of waste.
8. A worm farm in the waste area will be implemented and managed to reduce the amount of waste sent to the landfills.
