Fine Dining
The Towers Restaurant is the house to world-class chefs who skillfully blend and fuse a myriad of cooking styles and flavours to tantalize even the most jaded of palates. The Towers Restaurant is open from 6.30 am until 11 pm.

The Deli
If you’re looking for something more relaxed and casual, enjoy a selection of specialty coffees, cakes, pastries, gourmet Paninis and light meals at The Deli. Feel at home in this comfortable dining area, open 24 hours a day.

The Ruby Bar
As the evening unfolds, experience our elegant, double-volume Ruby Bar. Complimentary bar snacks are on offer, and our bar is fully stocked with an extensive collection of imported champagnes and single malt whiskeys. Those GUESTS desiring a more intimate experience can escape into our private bar lounges – decorated in honour of South African legends Kingsley Holgate and David Kramer. Imagine these private bars as those icons’ private lounges – decked with memorabilia and ready to promise a glass of cognac. If this is not your cup of tea, we have a pool table in our bar to help you unwind - open 12pm till 1am. Alternatively, if you prefer to stay in, consult the menu in your room for a selection of meals and drinks provided by our 24-hour in-room dining facilities.

Step out into the swimming area, suspended above the hotel’s Porte Cochere. Take in the views and have a dip, or laze poolside taking in the Cape Town sun while sipping a cocktail.
